(More customer reviews)I was raised with the idea that if you didn't have something good to say, then don't say anything. But I'll toss in my 2 cents worth anyway. The Dowco bags are great, but the seller was not. Ad said "magnet only mount" but I got the tank bag with straps. One customer service guy said to me that "he was sorry he didn't get back to me whe he said he would because he was hung over" I wish I had saved that email! They sent a replacement tank bag, but sent the same one that had straps. I told them that they had sent another bag with straps and then they got rude and didn't want to deal with me anymore................. Have a Nice Day!
