I opened the box and found each of the items individually wrapped and sealed along with bubble wrap between all the items to protect from any damage during the shipping.
The products were exactly as listed and I've been using them for a couple weeks now without a problem. Just plug and play into any computer or outlet (for charging) and it should work just fine.
The audio cables work well too! I just plugged them into my TV and was playing my Zune through my TV speakers in just seconds. No hissing noise or faint audio sound.
I believe I've read something about the "cheap" quality of this item but to be honest, it's decent quality and it isn't easily breakable. You'd actually have to step on it or drop it on a hard surface to actually damage it. I've plugged and unplugged the charger from the wall numerous times already since I listen to music almost all the time. Nothing snapped or broke during the process. I would recommend this item if you've lost your sync cable and if you want a charger for both car and home.
