(More customer reviews)This charger makes a high pitched audible electrical noise when plugged in. It is too loud to sleep with near your bed, especially if you have sensitive hearing.
A newer model without this problem is available on Amazon under the title "Scosche reVIVE II Dual USB Home Charger for iPad." You can tell it is the newer charger because it is a tiny bit larger and has white letter around the 2.1a USB outlet. That model is silent and doesn't make noise when plugged in.
