(More customer reviews)How do I rate this item, I purchased it and was so happy, it does everything it said it could. The phrases were modern and very helpful. The "talking" function made pronunciation very easy. So what is the catch - after four and a half months the sound stopped working and a couple of weeks later it stopped working completely. I live in South Africa and bought the translator from ECTACO through Amazon as they are not marketed here - How to get it fixed, I have been sent from one email address to another without much success. Does anyone have any idea how to get it fixed or "replaced", yes I am being very hopeful.
