(More customer reviews)Very cheap parts. One of the prongs to the AC adapter broke off in the wall socket creating a fairly dangerous situation. The car charger does not work (will not charge my Zune) and neither did the retractable usb cable. Haven't tried the audio cable, but its a standard A/V cable and I'm not expecting it to even work at this point. Again, very very cheap product, and totally not worth buying. If you're looking for something like this, definitely try another product.
