(More customer reviews)I'd like to correct a misconception of one of the previous reviewers. The case is like a bookcover, and each side of the open phone slips into it. So, you are fully capable of using the phone open or closed without removing the phone from the case. However, it is a rather tight fit, and there are a few spots where there is some puckering of the plastic, leading me to believe it will break in time. However, if we get some use of the cases and they protect the phone for a while, then I am all for it, considering I did primarily purchase the set for the car charger.
