(More customer reviews)I have owned and used the Rack Sack system since 1974. The first Rack Sack was a 3 gallon, and in 2006 I purchased the 5 gallon system. I know I converted cousins and friends to using Rack Sack! The Refill Bags are a must to help eliminate odors, and the NEW Model bags with handles are so easy to intall and remove. I would not use any other trash and/or garbage system in my Kitchen or Bathrooms. Simply the easiest and cleanest way to take care of what needs to be disposed of in the garbage.
