Although I originally bought it for the battery pack, my favorite accessory has been the direct-link usb cable that came with the set... it's much easier, quicker, and less hassle than the stock set up where you need to plug in an adapter to the bottom of the zen player and then hook up a usb cable. I'm also a big fan of the car charger and a/c adapter.
My only complaint is that the products feel like very low quality plastic... but they have survived many trips and still continue to work perfectly.
